I/We hereby indemnify the Council against any proceedings, claims actions or suits however arising in respect of any damage or injury caused by, to, or in respect of the said skip, to any person or property including servants, agents or employees of the Council. These provisions apply to the requested period and to any period after the requested period for so long as the skip is hired to me/us, or in my/our care and or control.
