Crafty Goings On Studio is located outside the picturesque village of Ardstraw near Newtownstewart in County Tyrone, Northern Ireland. The Studio/Conference Centre caters for the ever growing rediscovery of crafts not only as an industry but as a form of recreational artistic expression. 

Founded by May Magee and Betty Farrow this traditional stone building with a traditional wood-burning stove is now the centre for learning crafts in the Derg Valley.  Skills like Basket Weaving, Patchwork, Knitting, Macramé, Flower Arranging, Decoupage, Jewellery Making and Pottery make Crafty Goings On Studio a hub for creative output.
