If you need to make a complaint this would initially be dealt with by the Chief building control officer. We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days and respond within 15 working days. If we are unable to respond within 15 working days we will tell you of this.
If you are still not happy with how your complaint has been dealt with, you can ask the Clerk and Chief Executive to review the response.
If you are still not satisfied, you may take your complaint to the Northern Ireland Ombudsman.
